Join our team as a Shuttle Driver at Linden Ponds, a beautiful 108-acre continuing care retirement community located on the South Shore in Hingham, Massachusetts. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of residents, staff, and visitors within our gated community.

• Transport residents, staff, and visitors on scheduled and unscheduled appointments
• Operate vehicles equipped with wheelchair ramps and lifts, including securement systems
• Operate non-CDL passenger buses, vans, and sedans
• Help maintain the cleanliness of vehicles
• Prepare vehicles for usage, including performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, refueling, and other related tasks
• Log and track vehicle usage
• Assist passengers with boarding and off-boarding from the vehicle
• Complete incident reports regarding mechanical failure or accidents involving Company vehicles

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to drive
• Valid State driver's license, which must be maintained as a condition of employment
• Must possess or be able to obtain prior to starting, a current and valid D.O.T. Physical/Medical Examiner's Certificate indicating successful completion of a D.O.T. Physical Examination, which must be maintained as a condition of employment
• A positive attitude and willingness to work with the older population
• Ability to operate Community vehicles safely, including non-CDL passenger buses and sedans, demonstrated by successful completion of a road test
• Ability to operate vehicles equipped with wheelchair ramps and lifts, including securement systems
• Minimum of three years of verifiable driving experience, as noted through a driving record check
