Childcare Director

This position is responsible for the overall operation of the Kids Laughing & Learning Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of children, families, and staff, as well as maintaining compliance with State Minimum Standard Rules, State and Federal Agencies, and Center policies.

• Supervise and manage all staff members.
• Oversee the daily operation of the Center, including administrative tasks and staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of all ages and meets State requirements.
• Manage the Center's image and reputation.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and government agencies.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a childcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
