Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to all safety and quality standards.

Gain proficiency in handling polyurethane materials.

Accurately load raw materials into presses and molds, ensuring proper weight distribution for uniformity.

Maintain detailed production and quality documentation.

Trim and remove excess material from finished parts.

Conduct thorough inspections of produced components.

Follow all safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and manufacturing process instructions.

Efficiently maneuver large molds in and out of ovens.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Technical or vocational training is a plus.

Basic knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.

Preferred: 2 years of experience with automated machinery.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Capable of performing tasks that involve grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, crawling, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, and visual acuity.

Willingness to work in a hot environment, including exposure to hot presses and ovens.

Additional Requirements:

Must pass a drug screening test.

Complete verification forms and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States within three business days of employment.

Dynatect participates in the E-Verify Program.

Work Environment:

The characteristics of the work environment are typical of those encountered in a manufacturing setting.

While performing job duties, employees may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, temperature fluctuations, hazardous materials, noise, and dust.
