Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist

Skyline Med Staff Allied is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join their team for a travel job in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art cath lab. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and assisting physicians during procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the procedure, positioning the patient, and ensuring the patient's safety.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines, to capture high-quality images of the patient's heart and blood vessels.
  • Assist physicians during procedures by providing support and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year recent work history in a cath lab setting.
  • A current BLS/CPR certification through American Heart Association.
  • Active License in the state of the job location.
