Job Duties
The Sales Associate will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and presenting the OTF concept
- Working at our front desk, including answering phones and interacting with members
- Giving studio tours and showcasing our facilities
- Collaborating with trainers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Selling memberships and promoting our services
- Following up on leads and maintaining relationships with customers
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues professionally
- Participating in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
