Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical social work services to patients and their families, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to promote patient well-being and coping skills.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and organizations to support patient needs.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
  • 3 years of recent hospital experience or equivalent behavioral health experience.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and COVID-19 vaccination required.
