Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety and Security Surveillance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for observing and interpreting live surveillance feeds to identify and respond to potential security risks. Key Responsibilities:
As a Safety and Security Surveillance Specialist, you will be trained on various systems to ensure effective monitoring, which includes:
- Monitoring live surveillance feeds to detect potential security threats.
- Analyzing video footage and promptly reporting any suspicious activities in accordance with client protocols.
- Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
- Conducting routine checks and troubleshooting surveillance equipment to maintain functionality.
- Providing support to on-site security personnel when required.
Training and communication are essential to our organization as we adapt to evolving technology and client needs. Our trainers and supervisors will work closely with you to ensure your comfort with the accounts you oversee.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with computers and customer service is essential.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Bi-lingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in security, law enforcement, or military backgrounds is beneficial but not required.
- Must pass a drug test and have no criminal record.
