Beauty Consultant

Job Summary:

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and creating personalized beauty experiences for our customers. You will be part of a dynamic team that values your unique skills and passion for beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Personalized Beauty Consultations: Use your expertise to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend products that help them look and feel their best.
• Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
• Provide Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
• Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Be part of exciting sales events and promotions.
• Maintain Store Environment: Help maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
• Passion for client service and beauty.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: $22.38/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience.
Flexibility: Sephora now offers a Flex (on demand) position for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week. This flexibility allows you to balance your work schedule with other commitments. This could be a steppingstone into a more permanent position if you are looking for more in the future.
