Electrical Field Specialist

At ATEC, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our field crew, you will be responsible for supporting the repair, maintenance, and installation of USAF Noise Suppressors (Engine Test Cells and Hush Houses) across the US and potentially overseas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel extensively throughout the US and possibly overseas to support field projects
  • Collaborate with a small contract field team to ensure successful project completion
  • Perform electrical work, including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple trade disciplines
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a Journeyman Electrician
  • General knowledge of industrial construction and experience with steel erection and refurbishment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Reliable transportation for travel within the Continental US
  • Pass a background check for access to US military and other customer installations
