Job Description

This is a pivotal role for the Human Resources Systems Specialist at Commonpoint Queens. As an essential member of our team, you will play a critical part in ensuring the optimal functioning of our HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize the HRIS system to ensure seamless performance.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees.
  • Process data changes related to personnel actions and ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HRIS technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
  • At least five years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably with Workday or ADP Workforce Now.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $77,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
