BHI is seeking a highly skilled Tower Foreman to lead our wireless communication tower installation, maintenance, and repair teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects while adhering to all applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage tower installation, maintenance, and repair crews
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to meet project requirements
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
  • Manage and maintain company equipment and vehicles
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading tower installation and maintenance crews
  • Knowledge of wireless communication systems and tower technology
  • Ability to pass BHI's competent climber and tower rescue training
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
  • Ability to work at heights and in challenging outdoor environments
