Pool Maintenance Specialist

Hilton Grand Vacations is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences in a safe and efficient manner. As a Pool Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the resort's common areas and related amenities meet the highest standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting pool maintenance, ensuring the cleanliness of pool and public areas, and performing repairs as needed.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in maintenance, knowledge of pool chemical application and maintenance, and proficient English language communication skills. A valid Driver's License is preferred but not required.

• Conduct regular pool inspections to identify potential issues
• Maintain all tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Monitor systems, including emergency systems, and report any issues to management
• Read, log, and interpret readings from meters, gauges, and other pool equipment measuring systems

The selected candidate will work closely with the supervisory team to ensure the resort's facilities are well-maintained and guests receive exceptional service.

• Prior experience in maintenance, preferably in the hotel/timeshare industry
• Certification as a Pool Operator (CPO)
• Knowledge of pool chemical application and maintenance
• Proficient English language communication skills
• Able to bend, stoop, walk, and lift 50 lbs., and push/pull up to 150 lbs. with or without accommodation

• Competitive salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
