Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team in Greenwood As an MRI Technologist with us, you'll play a critical role in capturing high-quality images that aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patient illnesses and injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Imaging Procedures: Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body with minimal supervision, ensuring accurate and efficient image capture.
  • Patient Support: Explain procedures to patients, prepare them for exams, and provide support throughout the procedure.
  • Maintenance and Quality Control: Maintain equipment in good working order, clean and disinfect after each use, and ensure accurate record-keeping within our Radiology Information System (RIS).
  • Department Support: Assist with maintaining updated imaging protocol manuals, monitor medical supply inventory, and support training of new associates.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Must be certified as an MRI Technologist by a recognized credentialing agency.
  • 1+ years of experience in MRI imaging preferred.
About the Role
