Community Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team at TriBridge Residential. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our apartment homes, ensuring the success of our leasing, financial, and operating budget goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure all leasing tasks are performed according to guidelines and associates are appropriately trained.
  • Manage community to achieve expense and income levels based on monthly, quarterly, and annual budget goals.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, addressing and resolving issues and involving other resources when appropriate.
  • Manage and schedule team, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient turnover of vacant units, maintenance repairs, and appearance of commons areas.
  • Oversee collections, rent postings, and deposits to ensure completion in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Oversee leasing operations to ensure applications and paperwork are completely accurate and in accordance with company policy and guidelines.
  • Ensure all staff is appropriately trained on federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in multifamily property management, with progressively increasing level of responsibility.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel software), as well as property management software preferably Yardi.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under limited supervision while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and production.
  • Superb customer service orientation and effective oral and written communication skills, along with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as leases, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening, and maintain a record that satisfies these requirements.
