Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality physical therapy services. Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of referred patients to determine their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
  • Establish and administer personalized treatment programs, setting realistic and achievable goals for each patient.
  • Provide direct patient care, ensuring timely and effective interventions to promote optimal recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate comprehensive care plans, prioritizing patient-centered approaches.
Requirements
  • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with relevant certification.
  • Minimum one year's experience in physical therapy, with a strong background in patient assessment, treatment planning, and care delivery.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Active CPR certification and willingness to adhere to established safety protocols.
