Sushi Master Culinary Specialist

We are a small, 40-seat Japanese restaurant that specializes in fresh sushi preparation and serves a variety of traditional dishes. As a Sushi Chef at Tsukino Sushi Bar - Japanese Cuisine, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Sushi Chef, a strong knowledge of products, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They must also possess leadership qualities, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure timely food delivery and high-quality cuisine
• Assist in menu development, including new and special items tailored to guest preferences
• Manage inventory to minimize waste and maximize product use

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Sushi Chef in a similar establishment
• Excellent knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead a small team
• Able to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (estimated), depending on experience and qualifications
