We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh, WI. Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical, pediatrics, and critical care.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Coordinate with members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assess and document patient condition, communicating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
