Job Title: LPN/MA/EMT

Park Nicollet is seeking highly skilled and compassionate medical professionals to join our Primary Care team as Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Medical Assistants (MAs), and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs).

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and caring individuals who can provide exceptional patient care and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality healthcare services. Responsibilities:
  • Escort patients to exam rooms and accurately document necessary visit information and vital signs.
  • Prepare and administer medications, and immunizations as directed by a clinician or following standing orders.
  • Perform and assist with procedures and treatments as directed by the clinician, such as administering ear lavage, EKGs, and bladder scans.
  • Ensure all components of the standard rooming process are completed, including medication reconciliation and pending refills, allergy review, immunization reconciliation, completion of appropriate forms and questionnaires to support clinical quality.
  • Maintain knowledge of, and comply with, all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing and maintain a current state license of practical nursing. One or more years of nursing experience is desirable.
  • Medical Assistant (MA): Graduate from a Medical Assisting program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES). One or more years of experience is desirable.
  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): High school diploma or GED and current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One or more years of healthcare experience is desirable.
