Job Title: Medical Surgical Progressive Care Unit RN

UCHealth is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Surgical Progressive Care Unit RN to join our team at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central. As a Medical Surgical Progressive Care Unit RN, you will provide top-notch patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Medical Surgical Progressive Care Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 6 months of ICU or PCU (Progressive Care Unit) nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
  • ACLS
  • BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
