As an Airworthiness Certification Inspector A&P, you will be responsible for performing airworthiness and certification inspections in a timely manner to ensure aircraft and/or component airworthiness.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform Inspection and Certification Duties
  2. Conduct First Article Inspections
  3. Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Inspection Requirements
  4. Ensure Aircraft/Component Airworthiness
  5. Issue FAA Forms
  6. Perform Certification Inspections
  7. Monitor Repair Station Compliance
  8. Develop and Approve Aircraft Log Book Entries
  9. Perform FAA Aircraft/Component Certification Activities
  10. Manage Product/Article Certification Activities
  11. Provide Technical Support
  12. Support Coordination of Inspection Workloads

Requirements

  1. Competent in Use of Job-Related Tools and Equipment
  2. Proficient in Blueprint/Drawing Reading and Interpretation of Maintenance Manuals
  3. Working Knowledge of Quality Assurance or Quality Control Systems and Methodologies
  4. Verifiable Working Knowledge of FAA Regulations, Orders, and Guidance
  5. Able to Complete FAA/ODA Initial/Recurrent Designee Training
  6. Capable of Obtaining IAR Designee Appointment
  7. Ability to Read, Write, Speak, and Understand the English Language
