Position Overview

We are in search of a dependable Warehouse Production Specialist to enhance our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to operate both autonomously and collaboratively with minimal oversight. Responsibilities include utilizing hand and power tools, operating forklifts, assembling and packaging products, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders by interpreting instructions, comprehending technical drawings, gathering materials, labeling, and organizing components in the designated area.
  • Efficiently assemble products independently.
  • Handle fiberglass and other fine materials for extended durations.
  • Work with aluminum components.
  • Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal and similar materials.
  • Operate mechanical machinery and various types of forklifts.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by keeping workstations tidy.
  • Maintain organization within the warehouse and work area consistently.
  • Complete production documentation and submit to the supervisor.
  • Use computer systems to monitor and update production orders.
  • Document daily activities, maintenance tasks performed, and requirements.
  • Load and unload materials from large transport vehicles.
  • Assist in packaging and moving substantial items for distribution.
  • Communicate inventory levels to relevant departments.
  • Be available for overtime as necessary.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to stand, bend, stoop, and walk.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 lbs, with the ability to lift heavier items exceeding 100 lbs.
  • Specific vision capabilities required include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Adhere to personal protective equipment guidelines as necessary.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational, time management, and basic math skills.
  • Consistent attendance is essential.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
