Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Homemakers and Personal Care Attendants. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide non-medical home care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide comprehensive care services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and client rights.
Requirements
  • National Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle report
  • 2-step TB test
  • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
  • Access to own vehicle
  • Prior experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Live-ins max of 3 days-rotated
  • 8 hours of availability on weekends
