Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to established dress code standards
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and concerns, collaborating with supervisors to implement solutions
• Process payments for all orders
• Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol sales
• Maintain accurate cash handling
• Proactively manage customer behavior to minimize issues related to excessive drinking
• Maintain cleanliness of glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
• Take drink orders from patrons and serving staff
• Serve all patrons at the bar
• Ensure cleanliness of bar areas and tables
• Prepare cocktails and beverages according to established recipes
• Serve snacks or food items as requested
• Order and manage bar supplies
• Address unruly customer behavior as necessary
• Prepare garnishes and maintain attractive displays
• Assist in planning and organizing bar operations
• Contribute to menu development
• Prepare food as requested or coordinate with the kitchen
• Maintain open communication with all departments to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in the work environment
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and safely
