Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Prioritize patient and family needs, and delegate tasks effectively to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement care plans that reflect the values and goals of our organization.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams to empower them with knowledge and promote better health outcomes.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and effectiveness in patient care planning and delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid nursing license.
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
