About the RoleThe Customer Experience Coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. This role involves working at the front desk, managing room assignments, and communicating with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Register guests, assign rooms, confirm reservations, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Guest Service: Provide personalized services to enhance the guest experience, including making restaurant recommendations, booking tours, and arranging transportation.
- Room Assignment and Management: Assign rooms to guests based on availability and preferences, and manage room inventory to ensure optimal occupancy levels.
- Cash Handling: Collect payment from departing guests, process credit card transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling records.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest stays, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and any issues or concerns raised by guests.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
