The Hospitals of Providence - East Campus seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care for critically ill patients, including those requiring hemodynamic stabilization and ventilator support.
- Respond to code and emergent situations as a team member within the hospital.
- Participate in patient and family teaching, providing education on disease management and self-care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ancillary staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
