Position Overview:
Our client, Selectek, is in search of a Senior Civil Engineering Project Leader.

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will possess a robust technical foundation in civil engineering, specifically in the realms of private and public sector site development and civil engineering design.


This Project Leader will take charge of managing various capital improvement initiatives across residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Engage in business development activities to foster new opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred; candidates nearing licensure with 4-5 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as MS Office, MS Project, and stormwater management software (ICPR).
  • Ability to interpret and work with CAD files.
  • Experience in both private and public civil engineering design, including various types of capital improvement projects.
  • Familiarity with permitting processes at multiple governmental levels.
  • Demonstrated self-management capabilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with additional software such as Modret, WaterCAD, and AutoCAD.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000, commensurate with experience.
