Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex IT solutions
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in ERP systems, including SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and Workday
- Lead large-scale ERP projects, including restructuring business and IT processes and organization
- Evaluate and optimize IT and ERP architectures
- Develop roadmaps and current state assessments for clients
- Design and implement feasibility studies for ERP strategy
- Define global and local deployment strategies
- Develop infrastructure approaches and high-level designs for ERP solutions
- Consider data and integration related to ERP platforms
- Optimize depth of value added in ERP
- Restructure core ERP processes
- Manage IT projects and quality assurance
- Analyze and evaluate ERP architectures
- Recommend ERP software and platforms, requirements, and configuration
- Develop IT/ERP target architectures in an enterprise environment
- Use procedural models for professional software development
- Manage projects and expectations, and maintain control of situations when they escalate
- Develop team talent by providing direction and facilitating technical architectural discussions
- Assist with business development through writing proposals and scoping projects
- Contribute to thought leadership through written publications and speaking at events and conferences
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, natural sciences, information technology, business management, or relevant field
- 6+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management with a focus on one or more of the following: SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Workday
- Experience in business process design and configuration
- Previous experience in a management role in two or more end-to-end ERP implementations in a waterfall or agile setting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
- Experience with the management of decision processes at large organizations
- Strong customer and results orientation
- Confidence and persuasiveness
- Experience planning and managing medium to large-sized projects
- Purposeful travel based on client and business needs. Expect 60% travel

FOR U.S. APPLICANTS:
The first year base compensation for this role is $220,000 in USD. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution. BCG also provides a market-leading benefits package described below.
