Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality professional development and technical assistance to schools and districts in the Northeast region.
- Provide coaching and support to teachers and school leaders to ensure effective implementation of our educational programs.
- Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to identify areas of need and develop targeted support plans.
- Utilize data and assessment tools to inform instruction and drive student achievement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with school and district leaders to ensure successful program implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a 9-12 mathematics teacher and/or instructional coach.
- Proven track record of success in improving student achievement and teacher effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics education and instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, including airline and automobile travel.
- Experience with differentiated instruction and technology integration.
- Knowledge of standards-based reform and curriculum design.
- Ability to plan strategically with school leaders and teachers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
