About the Role:
Soliant Education is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a school setting. The ideal candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to students, helping them improve their communication skills and achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy to students with various communication challenges.
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Assess and evaluate students' speech and language abilities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' speech and language development.
- Maintain comprehensive records of student progress and report findings to parents and staff.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
