At H&R Block, we're seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team of experts. As a Tax Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional tax preparation, planning, and audit support services to our clients.

About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for tax and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing tax preparation, planning, and audit support services to clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique tax needs
  • Staying up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant tax services
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of tax experience, preferably in a public accounting firm or tax consulting firm
  • Experience completing individual tax returns and providing tax planning and audit support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
