Confidentiality Commitment

Care Responsibilities
Assist in preparing residents' rooms for their arrival, ensuring that beds are made, name tags are displayed, and admission kits are ready. Responsibilities also include:

  • Inventorying and labeling residents' personal belongings and assisting with the storage of clothing.

Nutritional Support

  • Recording food and fluid intake and reporting any changes in eating habits to nursing staff.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and accessibility of residents' water pitchers.
  • Providing post-meal care, including cleaning and assisting residents as necessary.

Collaboration and Compliance
Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the delivery of quality nursing services. Responsibilities include:

  • Reporting any occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, or hazardous materials in accordance with facility policies.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding all resident care information.
  • Reporting any allegations of resident abuse or property misappropriation.
  • Respecting residents' treatment refusal requests and informing supervisors accordingly.

Qualifications
Education and Experience: A minimum of an 8th-grade education is required. Candidates should possess:
