About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Reliability Engineer to join our maintenance team at Niagara Bottling. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and repair of equipment failures in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians, machine operators, supervisors, and managers to resolve mechanical issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement best practices aligned with Niagara's maintenance strategies to enhance plant operations and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Skilled in the use of shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill, and lathe.
