Transformational Technology Leader for Full Stack Innovation

**About the Role**
We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our team of innovators, makers, and breakers. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading a portfolio of diverse technology projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences for millions of Americans.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems to create solutions that meet regulatory needs
* Collaborate with digital product managers to design and deliver solutions that drive business outcomes
* Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies to drive innovation
* Participate in internal and external technology communities to share knowledge and best practices
* Mentor and guide other members of the engineering community to foster growth and development
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
* At least 8 years of experience in software engineering
* At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
* At least 4 years of people management experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
* 9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
* 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce
* 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
* 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
* 7+ years of people management experience
* 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
