Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the crucial link between our clinic's lead physician and the SEMG's population health team. This pivotal role will drive and improve quality outcomes for our patients by executing key initiatives aimed at enhancing performance on quality measures.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison Activities: Act as the primary liaison between the clinic's lead physician and the SEMG's population health team.
- Quality Initiatives Execution: Implement and monitor key initiatives within the clinic to enhance performance on quality measures.
- Monthly Quality Reviews: Engage actively in ongoing monthly quality review meetings with providers and the population health team.
Requirements:
- Education: MA certification.
- Experience: Previous experience in value-based care or with quality outcomes is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Independent functioning, prioritization, and strategic planning skills.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
