Salary

The selected candidate will receive an hourly rate of $29.00-$31.00, depending on their field of study and number of college years completed. This translates to an annual salary of $44,590-$66,295.

About the Job

This exciting opportunity is open to undergraduate students with a field of study in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering. The successful candidate will join our dynamic Manufacturing Engineering team at our Research and Development manufacturing facility in California.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site manufacturing engineering support to GA-ASI programs/projects
  • Assist in manufacturing and tooling planning activities
  • Offer real-time technical problem-solving assistance to shop-floor personnel
  • Support continuous improvement activities
  • Participate in day-to-day activities of assigned functional area

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Desired skills: CAD, technical problem solving, leading projects
  • Active enrollment and attendance as an undergraduate student at a recognized college or university
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred
