Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through the nursing process, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to address physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
- Current license to practice nursing in Indiana (or eligible to receive or renew).
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an ASN or BSN.
