Job Title: Membership Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Associate at StretchLab San Antonio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute the sales process of lead generation, setting up first visits, closing membership sales, and follow-ups
  • Assist the team in meeting the goal of generating a minimum of 100 organic leads from community outreach
  • Establish relationships with community partners and schedule a minimum of 4 pop-up events a month
  • Conduct successful first visits with new clients, establishing a relationship and targeting individual goals and needs
  • Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book and quality first visits to achieve monthly sales quota
  • Participate in special events to promote the club
  • Utilize the lead management system and meet minimum daily call goals with prospective clients
  • Attend and complete all relative training programs
  • Take pictures for social media platforms and manage accounts
  • Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Excellent social media skills, with the ability to build creative content and post daily
  • Prefer candidates with a general understanding of anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, exercise science, or physical therapy
  • Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and stretch services
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Ability to learn and use the ClubReady management software system
  • Must have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Authorization to work in the United States required
  • Availability on weekends
