Hospital Support Technician

Noah's Animal Hospitals is seeking a highly skilled Hospital Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will provide critical support to our veterinary team, ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment, including autoclaves, sterilizers, and other essential devices.
- Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection of the hospital, including examination rooms, treatment areas, and animal enclosures.
- Restock and maintain inventory of supplies, including medical equipment, bedding, and other essential items.
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with medical procedures, including lab testing, imaging, and other specialized services.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods; must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with veterinarians, clients, and other staff members.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures; willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Compensation: $38,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
