Paragon Strategic Staffing is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist or CRNA to elevate our team at our exclusive office-based surgery center in Scottsdale, AZ. As a key member of our dedicated team, you will deliver exceptional anesthetic care in our private AAASF-certified outpatient facility, utilizing conscious sedation and total intravenous anesthesia. You will support a range of plastic and reconstructive cosmetic surgeries, each day bringing new opportunities to excel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver high-quality anesthetic care to patients undergoing plastic and reconstructive cosmetic surgeries
* Collaborate with top-tier plastic surgeons to provide exceptional patient care
* Work autonomously in a private outpatient facility, with consistent work hours and a balanced professional life
* Maintain current certifications in ALS, BLS, ACLS, and PALS
* Meet the requirements for Board certification through NBCRNA or ABA
