Leadership Opportunity at Keosauqua Health Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department at Keosauqua Health Care in Keosauqua, IA.

The successful candidate will direct and run the overall operation of the nursing department under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision care, as well as a telemedicine program and company-paid group life insurance.

Requirements:

  • Current RN License in good standing.
  • A minimum of 1 year's RN Supervisory experience as a DON or ADON in the long-term care setting.
