Job Summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with machine operators, supervisors, and managers to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve work order systems and reduce downtime.
  • Perform walk-throughs to identify potential safety hazards and address them promptly.
  • Assist with new installation projects and ensure that all equipment is properly installed and functioning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a related field, such as maintenance or facilities management.
  • Prior forklift operation experience and certification a plus.
