Delivering Exceptional Nursing Care

Avera is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients. As a Registered Nurse in Long Term Care, you will be responsible for administering treatments and medications, making decisions about resident care needs, and providing professional nursing care to each resident.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians

Make decisions about resident care needs consistent with facility policies and procedures

Provide professional nursing care to each resident

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required

No experience required, but experience in geriatric services and long term care preferred

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota required upon hire

Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire

Work Schedule:

Night shift, 6:00pm-6:30am, every third weekend, every other holiday, occasional call; 60 hours every 2 weeks
