Job Summary

**Job Title:** Housekeeping Inspector Supervisor

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Reports To:** Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Executive Housekeeper

**Supervises:** Room/Suite Attendants

**Job Purpose:** To oversee Room Attendants and conduct thorough inspections of hotel guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobbies to ensure exceptional cleanliness and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assign tasks and provide training to Room Attendants, and perform cleaning duties as needed.
  2. Post room occupancy records and maintain accurate records.
  3. Address guest complaints regarding housekeeping services or equipment.
  4. Prepare requisitions for room supplies and furniture renovation or replacement.
  5. Inspect carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains, damage, or wear.
  6. Count and record linens and supplies, and aid in budget control through supervision of employees' use of linen, supplies, and equipment.
  7. Record inspection results and notify cleaning personnel of inadequacies.
  8. Communicate with other hotel departments regarding problems that require their attention.
  9. Ensure key control policies are enforced.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests in a friendly and warm manner.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. Familiarity with regulations of material safety data sheets when using chemicals.
  2. Ability to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
  3. Understanding of simple instructions.
  4. Capacity to learn simple procedures and techniques.
  5. Ability to perform routine work or the same task over and over again.
  6. Capacity to plan the work of others.

**Requirements:**

**Education:** High school diploma preferred.

**Experience:** At least 2-3 years of housekeeping experience required.

**Licenses/Certifications:** N/A

**Salary Description:** $23.00 Per Hour
