Field Service Technician II

As a Field Service Technician II at Ring Power, you will be responsible for conducting all assigned work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all applicable safety, environmental, and contamination control policies, procedures, and regulations. You will be required to wear proper personal protective equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues
- Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and staying up-to-date with new technologies and procedures
- Working effectively in a team environment and providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and safety
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience in a related field
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers
- Successful completion of all required training curriculum
This role will require you to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to:
- Heavy equipment and machinery
- Physical demands, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Extreme temperatures and weather conditions
