Cookie Delivery Driver Job Description

**About the Role**

As a Delivery Driver at Insomnia Cookies, you will be the face of our company, delivering our delicious cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fan base. You will be responsible for checking orders for quality and accuracy, delivering products in a timely and safe manner, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store.

• Deliver our products to customers in a timely and safe fashion.

• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers.

• Use Insomnia's delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

**Requirements**

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of the surrounding area is a plus.

• Must have a valid driver's license, registration, and insurance.

• Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check.

• Must have a smartphone with data plan.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

• Must be 18 years or older.
