RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in McKinney, TX. As a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between our customers and technicians, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

• Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, and recall work
• Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions
• Document problems with motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and personal watercraft
• Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost
• Offer additional services and products, including special promotions
• Review repair orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness
• Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer
• Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer

• 1+ years of powersports or automotive dealership experience
• Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred
