Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse Job Opportunity

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a travel nursing assignment in a top healthcare facility.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for performing angioplasties, implanting pacemakers, and diagnosing cardiac conditions using invasive catheterization procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Administer care for heart disease and heart attack patients by obtaining visual diagnostics of the arteries of the heart.
  • Identify blockages, assist the physician during procedures, and monitor the patient's status at other times.
  • Administer interventional procedures like cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, pacemaker and/or defibrillator implantation, and related interventional or diagnostic procedures.
Requirements
  • Active RN License
  • Degree from accredited nursing program
  • BLS & ACLS Certifications
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Cath Lab setting
