Head of Philanthropy Director

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Fundraising Leader to drive our philanthropic efforts and secure financial support for the Alliance for Decision Education. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of our growing fundraising initiatives.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in major gifts, planned giving, corporate and foundation relations, and annual giving campaigns. They will possess strong relationship-building skills, a track record of driving results through effective partnership development and collaboration, and the ability to develop innovative approaches to fundraising and donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategic Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Alliance's growing fundraising efforts, including but not limited to annual giving, events, special initiative campaigns, major gifts, grants, and corporate giving.
- Prospect and Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of six- and seven-figure prospects; nurture and strengthen relationships with existing donors and identify and engage new partners to grow the donor pipeline, utilizing a moves management approach.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Philanthropic Partnerships Senior Manager and the Deputy Director of Development, providing necessary resources, training, and support to achieve fundraising goals.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
