Ultimate Care NY is a licensed home care provider with offices in New York and affiliates in several states. Our focus on individualized care plans maintains client dignity and independence, reducing the need for nursing homes or assisted living.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide with Ultimate Care NY, you can expect:

  • $18.55 per hour (standard) / $19.00 per hour (veteran affairs cases/private pay)
Your Responsibilities

We are seeking compassionate individuals to assist our clients with daily activities, provide emotional support, and administer medical treatment under nurse supervision. Your tasks may include:

  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitoring and reporting vital signs
  • Providing companionship and light housekeeping assistance
  • Escorting clients to medical appointments
  • Documenting activities and observations
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completed formal training program
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Compassion, independence, and ability to maintain confidentiality
